How much is shipping?

Standard is $6.95 (about 10–25 days). Faster is $12.95 when that lane is open — roughly 6–12 days. Same two options on every tool, shown for your address at checkout. We usually pack within a couple of business days. Times are estimates; customs can add a few.

What is your returns policy?

Email support@valrella.com with your order number. Unused tools: 14 days from delivery, refunded to the card you paid with. We do not publish a return address — if we actually need the item back, we'll email you. A lot of refunds are done without you posting anything. Change of mind: you cover postage if a return is needed. Faulty or wrong: we make that right. Full version on the refund policy page.

How do I use my tool?

Every product page has a short three-step how-to, and the image gallery includes a how-to slide you can follow along with.

How do the rechargeable tools charge?

The LED Mini Face Mask is USB-C rechargeable and runs wirelessly once charged. Charging details for each device are listed on its own product page.

What is included?

Each product page lists exactly what comes in the box. The Electric Gua Sha Massager includes the device, a comb-style accessory and your choice of one or three oils.

How do I care for my tools?

Wipe device heads clean after use and let them dry fully. Rinse the Ice Face Roller mold before refreezing. Keep electronics away from running water.

How does my order arrive?

Orders arrive safely wrapped in protective packaging so your tool reaches you intact.
